Asset Certificate

Certificate of €500,000 assets (including certificate of €150,000 current asset).

Property Purchasing

€300,000 in the South of Malta/Gozo or €350,000 in the rest of Malta.

Property Leasing

€10,000/year in the South of Malta/Gozo or €12,000/year in the rest of Malta.

Contribution (Purchased Property)

€40,000 application fee + €28,000 donation + €2,000 to NGO = €70,000 total.

Contribution (Rented Property)

€40,000 application fee + €58,000 donation + €2,000 to NGO = €100,000 total.

Health Insurance

Maltese insurance covering all medical services at a cost of €30,000 (annual premium ~€500).
